FIRE STATION 4

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department - Fire Station No. 4 project through the City's continuing CEI contract. This project is located in downtown Jacksonville and consists of remodeling the existing 9,839 SF facility and constructing a 2,124 SF addition. The project includes the demolition of the existing Chief's Room and Day Room, bathroom remodels and construction of 2 new Chief's Rooms, bathrooms, and Day Room. Also features CMU block with brick veneer, wood truss roofing with TPO membrane, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fencing and IT communications.
