FIRE STATION 10

Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department - Fire Station No. 10 project through the City’s continuing CEI contract. This project is located on McDuff Avenue and consists of remodeling the existing 7,746 SF facility and constructing a 4,361 SF addition. The project includes Chief’s Room, Bunk Room, bathroom remodel, and the construction of a new Apparatus Bay and Gear Room. Also features CMU block with brick veneer, wood truss roofing with TPO membrane, contaminated soil remediation, helical piers, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, asphalt paving, fencing, and IT communications.
