ST. JAMES BUILDING ENTRANCE UPGRADES

This project reconstructed the main entrance approach for The City of Jacksonville’s City Hall. The project included new sidewalks, ADA ramps, entrance landings, walks, steps, ramps, railing, planters, modification of the existing aluminum store front system, retaining wall, concrete masonry foundation walls, structural enhancements to the underground garage, landscaping improvements, electrical, and irrigation work. Due to this project being the entrance to City Hall, close coordination with elected and appointed governmental officials was required to facilitate work activities around governmental meetings.
