This project involved 4.24 miles of new road construction around the town of Baldwin from the I-10 Interchange to SR 200 (US 301). The project consisted of a four-lane divided highway with 12-ft. lanes, drainage and pond construction, lighting and signalization, as well as six new bridges. This project also spanned two CSX railroad corridors and crossed the Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail Trail. VIA was a subconsultant to KCI on this project.
