This design-build project through the City’s continuing CEI contract consisted of milling and resurfacing of Norfolk Blvd. This project included pavement widening, sidewalk and pedestrian improvements, drainage improvements, drilled shaft installation, mast arm traffic signals, directional bore conduits, traffic control cabinets, and pull boxes.
